Convenient location near Whitby Beach and Sandsend Beach, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities like golfing, fishing, and cycling. We had a blast exploring the area and indulging in these fun-filled adventures. The cottage provided free WiFi, allowing us to stay connected with the world during our stay. We also loved the well-maintained garden, offering a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the property, except for a few minor issues. The property manager/maid service was in charge, and everything was spotless.
En suite shower on the ground floor leaking badly.

Great location in the middle of town, with parking on site. We didn't need to use our car because everything was within walking distance. The accommodation had two outdoor spaces which were a nice bonus. The property was tastefully decorated and dog-friendly, with thoughtful amenities provided. The bath towels were fantastic!

The bathrooms at Razorbill Cottage are fabulous! They have a variety of options, with 3 bathrooms featuring a bath or shower, and 3 bathrooms with just a shower. As someone who loves a long soak in the tub, I couldn't ask for more!
Personally, I found one feature at Razorbill Cottage less appealing. But hey, it's just my opinion!

Whitby Abbey is just a short 10-minute walk away, and let me tell you, it's a sight to behold! Standing there, surrounded by history, I couldn't help but feel like I had stepped into my very own time machine. It was as if I could almost hear the whispers of the monks and feel the buzz of the bustling medieval town. A truly magical experience.
Parking can be a challenge.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming cottage in a vibrant town. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. I loved the fact that there was parking available, as it made exploring the town so much easier. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The owners had thought of everything, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen. And let's not forget the two outdoor spaces - a great bonus! The bath towels provided were of excellent quality, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.
While there were a few minor issues, such as an en suite shower with a leaking hose and showerhead, and some areas needing a deep clean, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The clothes horse with only three legs was a bit quirky, but it still served its purpose.

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, golf course, and fantastic cycling and fishing spots. The house itself was jaw-droppingly beautiful, with tasteful decor and all the amenities you could want, including free parking and Wi-Fi. The electric kettle was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying a cuppa in the lovely outside space. And to top it off, they allowed pets! a truly incredible stay.

Loved being able to golf, fish, and cycle in the beautiful surroundings. Free WiFi was a bonus, and the garden was lovely.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of being just 500 meters away from the ever-so-charming Whitby Lighthouse. How dreadful.
